SUMMARY:Supersingular elliptic curves and quaternion algebras
DESCRIPTION: A talk about supersingular elliptic curves and their appearances in cryptography\, most notably in the NIST submission scheme SIKE. We'll define the Diffie-Hellman problem and its variants for supersingular elliptic curve isogenies and discuss their reductions to problems about the arithmetic of quaternion algebras.
